12 Days of Praise

Light of the World Ballet Company had the awesome opportunity of joining in with other churches in Lewiston, Idaho to worship the Lord in the middle of the city! For 12 days, churches from the area joined together and lifted their worship right in the middle of Lewiston. We were honored to be included in this awesome time. We were all praying that the Lord would hold back the rain, as it had been raining pretty hard that afternoon. However, just as we were getting ready to load in and drive down to the 12 days of praise, the rain completely stopped! We made it about half way through our 1-hour performance without any rain at all. Just as we were beginning the dance "Praise You in This Storm", the rain began again. As much as I, personally, thought that it would not be fun to do this performance in the rain, I thoroughly enjoyed getting to praise Him right through the storm!...literally :-) We began to get a little concerned for those in the audience who were getting poured upon, but when Miss Ashley asked if they would like us to end a little early, they protested and asked us to continue. We finished the evening off with a time of group time of dance, intercession, and worship. It was so powerful to be able to unify our hearts in worship and shake the city with praise! I know that those 12 days will leave a lasting impact on Lewiston! We are so grateful to have been able to be a part! ~Breanne :-)
